GRAPHOLOGIE - WRITING PSYCHOLOGY

Graphologie, also known as Writing Psychology, it is the study of handwriting. Very old
and still in use today, it is supposed to reveal a person's attributes from their
handwriting.
But you can ask yourselves, how this is done? What does a graphologist look at when in
analyzing your handwriting?
There are five important aspects the analyzer will examine: first he will examine the
dimensions of the letter; their height and width. Next he will analyze the form of the
writing; then inclination, pressure applied when writing, and finally if your writing
forms attached or detached letters.
Dimensions:
The average height of handwriting is five millimeters. As a reference point the lines on
a typical loose-leaf piece of paper are seven millimeters apart. Large handwriting which
ranges from five to ten millimeters corresponds to the writers' need for expansion. He is
vain. However, his imagination is large and fertile. His concern for the readability of
his handwriting denotes his honesty. On the other hand, small handwriting - two to five
millimeters - reveals the writers' attention for detail. The writers' intelligence is
acute however he is relatively closed-minded. A succession of large and small letters is
a sign of an emotional and unstable person.

Form of the writing:
There are three forms of writing; rounded, as you can see here; angular writing; and
ovals, open versus closed. 
Rounded: rounded writing is a consequence of smooth movement, by nature the writer is
kind and sociable. He is also indulgent. If the writing is rounded to the point where
ovals are near perfect circles this demonstrates an acute personality, however if the
writing is malformed it is a sign of passivity and a lack of courage. 
Angular: angular writing is formed by aggressive movements and is graceless. The writer
is stubborn. He will not compromise his ideas and convictions. 
Ovals: closed ovals of the letters a-d-g-o-q are an indication of discretion. On the
contrary, open ovals indicate a person willing to speak of their personal affairs. If the
oval opens to the right, the writer is very spontaneous. If the oval opens to the left,
the writer has need to speak however is somewhat reserved. If the oval is open towards
the bottom, this might demonstrate pure hypocrisy.
Inclination of handwriting:
Yet another technique in analyzing handwriting is whether the handwriting inclines to the
left or to the right. Writing leading to the right is the most spontaneous. The writer
obeys docilely his feelings and instincts, and he is affectionate. He is easily
influenced. Writing which leans to the left gives the impression of being artificial. The
writer may be hesitant in what he writes. His attitude is distant and cold. He may be
masking his true feelings. 
Pressure applied:
When writing, if the writer presses lightly on the paper we can deduce that the person is
shy, timid, not very sensual, and often of delicate health. However, if the writer
presses forcefully, such as I do, one can deduce that the writer is active and well
balanced. He has a strong personality and good health. His sensuality is pronounced but
normal. He is realistic. 
Attached or detached letters:
Most of you have learned cursive writing as well as detached letters. However, some of
you have naturally started writing group letters - some attached, some detached. This can
be seen in Mark's handwriting, here and here. This is a sign of a well-balanced person
with deductive and intuitive qualities. He is usually objective and reasonable. A person
who groups letters by syllables indicates possible musical aptitude. Someone who attaches
all letters together is typically very logical, it is also a sign of a cultivated person
who takes initiative. Finally, someone who writes with fully detached letters relies more
on intuition than logic or reasoning. They pay more attention to concept rather than
details. Theorists tend to write with detached letters.
Conclusion: 
It is obvious that graphology is not an exact science. Some people say that it is not a
science at all, however many people find a person's handwriting may reveal much about
them and may judge you by your handwriting.

emotionalen und instabilen Person.
Die Struktur der Handschrift: Es gibt drei Struktur der Schrift; runde Handschrift (als
Sie konnen hier sehen); eckige Handschrift; und Ovale, offnen gegen geschlossenes. Runde
Handschrift ist eine Konsequenz der reibungsfreien Bewegung. Das bedeutet, dass durch
Natur der Verfasser freundlich und sociable ist. Er ist auch nachsichtig. Eckiges Schrift
wird durch agresive Bewegungen gebildet und ist ohne Anmut. Der Verfasser ist Hartkopf.
Er andert nicht seine Ideen. Geschlossene Ovale mit dem Buchstaden a-d-g-o-q sind eine
Anzeige von Diskretion. Wenn das Oval sich auf der rechte seite offnet, ist der Verfasser
sehr spontan. Wenn das Oval sich auf der linke seit offnet, hat der Verfasser
Notwendigkeit zu sprechen, aber ist ein wenig reserviert. Wenn das Oval in Richtung zur
Unterseite offnet, kann dieses reinen Hypocrisy zeigen.
Die Neigung der Handschrift: Eine andere Technik fur das Analysieren der Handschrift, ob
die Handschrift nach links oder rechts neigt. Schrift, die rechts sich lehnt, ist das
spontanste. Der Verfasser befolgt seine Gefuhle und Instinkte. Er ist liebevoll und wird
leicht beeinflu?t. Handschrift, die nach links sich lehnt, scheint kunstlich. Der
Verfasser kann sein zogernd in, was er schreibt. Seine Haltung ist entfernt und kalt. Er
konnte seine Gefuhle verstecken. 
Druck der Schrift: Wenn der Verfasser leicht auf das Papier schreibt, konnen wir
ableiten, da? die Person schuchtern, nicht sensual und oft der empfindlichen Gesundheit
ist. Wenn der Verfasser stark auf das Papier schreibt, konnen wir ableiten, da? die
Person aktiv ist. Er hat eine starke Personlichkeit und eine gute Gesundheit. Seine
gefuhle sind stark, aber Normal. Er ist realistisch.
Gebundene oder abgetrennten Buchstaben: Die meisten von euch haben Kursivschrift und
abgetrennte Buchstaben gelehrnt. Jedoch, haben einige von euch naturlich angefangen
Gruppen-Buchstaben zu schreiben - einige angebracht, und einige abgetrennt. Dieses ist
ein Zeichen einer gut-balanzierte Person mit den deduktiven und intuitiven Qualitaten. Er
ist normalerweise objektiv. Eine Person, die alle Buchstaben durch Silben gruppiert,
